Terms of Service

The service
BrandGenie turns logo files you upload into animated videos. Rendering previews is free; previews carry a watermark. Paying the one-time per-video price removes the watermark for that video and enables downloads in the offered formats.
Your content
You keep all rights to the logos you upload and the videos made from them. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, process and render your files into videos and deliver them back to you. You must own (or be authorized to use) any logo you upload — don't upload marks that aren't yours to animate.
Purchases
Video unlocks are one-time purchases processed by Stripe, priced as shown at checkout. Because an unlocked video is delivered immediately and permanently, purchases are generally non-refundable — but if a render is defective, contact us and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to infringe others' trademarks or copyrights, to generate unlawful content, or to probe, overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GonzyDesigns LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
